Refund Policy

At TopShopz.online, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Be in the original packaging
  • Be returned within 7 days of delivery

Certain types of goods are non-returnable, including:

  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Perishable items
  • Gift cards or downloadable products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@topshopz.online with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our support team will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the product was defective or incorrect).

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • We will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your bank or credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
  • Include photos or videos of the issue.
  • We will replace the item or issue a full refund, depending on the situation.

6. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing them. Once processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.


7. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
